The interview

If you are called in for an interview, you will meet a representative from the HR Department who will focus on your personal skills and capabilities. During this interview you will have the opportunity to discuss the tests which you completed prior to your interview.

Next you will meet the hiring manager – who will also make the final hiring decision - who focuses more on past performance, experience and the particular skills required for the position.

The entire recruitment process usually takes 5-6 weeks.
