Haldor Topsøe A/S maintains and strengthens focus on its core business activities and decides to divest the Floatzone technology to a competent company capable of continuing this business segment to the satisfaction of its valued customers.

Therefore, Haldor Topsøe A/S has sold its Floatzone Equipment business to the German company, PVA TePla AG in Asslar, already active within the crystal growing business. From June 2004 PVA TePla AG has taken over the sale and production of the floatzone equipment that Topsøe has so far sold and manufactured and handles all requests for new equipment, spare parts and service for the former Topsøe Floatzone technology.
