Recently a contract was signed with CPC's refinery in Talin for supply of license, basic engineering, reactor internals and catalysts for HDS unit no 10 for production of 40000 BPSD of ULSD. The unit is scheduled for start-up in 2008.

At the same refinery, HDS unit no. 9 for production of 20,000 BPSD was contracted in 1999 with the same scope of supply, and was successfully started up in 2002.
