Following today’s previous announcement regarding Dr. Haldor Topsøe’s acquisition of all the shares in Haldor Topsøe A/S, we are pleased to announce the following management changes. The changes take immediate effect.

Niels Kegel Sørensen will assume the role of Managing Director for Haldor Topsøe A/S. Niels Kegel Sørensen comes from a position as Chief Executive Officer for Haldor Topsoe, Inc. based in Houston.

Hans Kornerup will assume the role as Finance Director. Hans Kornerup comes from a position as Deputy Finance Director of Haldor Topsøe A/S.
