  • Lifting gas
  • Wood working

Ammonia production

Global demand for nitrogen-based fertilizers – and the ammonia they depend on – is on the rise, and is expected to keep rising as the global population grows. Ammonia is produced from natural gas in a number of catalytic product steps.

Despite the growing demand, however, ammonia suppliers are under constant pressure to produce more ammonia, more affordably.

The key to improving ammonia plant efficiency is high-performance catalysts, which enable production to improve their feedstock utilization without investing in costly revamps.

The virtual ammonia plant in this game has a capacity of 2,200 MTPD.
