    Account Manager

    Main Tasks and Responsibility:

    1. Achieve catalyst sales targets in assigned accounts or territories in the hydroprocessing business area, under the leadership of the Manager.
    2. Create, implement annual sales plans, and proactively develop business for assigned accounts or territories.
    3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels, including influencers, key stakeholders, decision makers, and high-level management.
    4. Keep effective and close communication and update on actual project with key stakeholders domestically and globally.
    5. Collaborate closely with technical service colleagues both domestically and globally, to address technical challenges and solutions.
    6. Gain deep insights into the industry and competitors' business strategies, targets, and strengths and weaknesses.
    7. Take responsibility for preparing bidding materials, making technical and commercial clarifications.
    8. Act as the account owner to drive negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage available resources to close deals.
    9. Expand knowledge of our products and services, as well as the related industry, to better serve our customers.
    10. Ensure behaviors compliance with Business Code of Conduct and company policies.
    11. Ensure compliance with company processes, keep Salesforce data updated and accurately.
    12. Keep effective communication internally and externally.
    13. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

    Qualification Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or a related field. Post-graduate in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage.
    2. Has the necessary theoretical competencies to be able to handle the above area of responsibility.
    3. Proven experience of more than 5 years in catalyst sales and account management within the hydroprocessing field or dealing with similar customer group.
    4. Strong understanding and deep insights of hydroprocessing catalysts and their applications.
    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    6. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    7. Self-motivated, and results-oriented.
    8. Proficiency in Salesforce or relevant CRM software will be an advantage.
    9. Good command of English.
    10. Willingness to travel as required.
