Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Do you have a knack for working with SAP BI and a desire to continuously grow both personally and professionally? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a candidate with a proactive, can-do attitude who is also adept at constructively challenging business users and stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as engaging with these groups is a significant aspect of this role.

You will primarily focus on development and architectural tasks, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our BI solutions. Additionally, you will occasionally provide guidance and support to our two junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills. You will also assist in resolving incidents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team.

What you’ll bring

A degree in computer science or a related field, with prior experience from a similar role.

You:

• Possess over 5 years of experience working with SAP BW.
• Have experience with areas such as SAP finance/controlling (FI/CO) and sales and distribution (SD)
• Are highly skilled in creating and managing SAP HANA views.
• Have strong proficiency in developing SAP BW queries.
• Bring experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Analysis for Excel.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in delivering BI solutions.
• Are capable of critically evaluating designs and providing constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Approach problems with a user-centric mindset.

Business Intelligence is a top priority at Topsoe. You will join the Topsoe IT Business Intelligence team, which currently consists of 10 colleagues based in Denmark and India. Our team members range from a few years of experience to over 20 years in the field. In the BI domain, we anticipate several exciting platform projects in the future, including a move to RISE, BW/4 HANA migration, and implementation of Datasphere.

This position can be based in either New Delhi or Chennai, as we have team members in both locations. We believe in freedom with responsibility and foster a work environment built on mutual trust. You will have the flexibility to work from home up to 40% of the time, with the remaining 60% spent collaborating with the team in the office.
