Who we’re looking for 

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our web applications and services. You will work closely with our research and development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions. Your expertise in various technologies will help us achieve high reliability, scalability, and performance. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain web applications using Flask and Python. 

• Design and implement backend services and APIs. 

• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure high availability and performance. 

• Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications. 

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems to ensure smooth operations. 

• Use Git for version control and collaboration with development teams. 

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. 

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. 

What you’ll bring 

Required Qualifications 

• 3+ years of experience with Flask. 

• 5+ years of experience in Python application development. 

• 3+ years of experience in Python scripting. 

• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB. 

• 3+ years of experience with Docker. 

• 5+ years of experience with Linux. 

• 5+ years of experience with Git. 
   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. 

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
