Topsoe’s Power-to-X unit is a strategic lighthouse on our path to be the leading provider of carbon emission reduction technologies. We are a fast-growing organization developing our own technology and we need an experienced global process owner within our Engineering & Supply Chain department for developing new processes. Our department is in charge of the SOEC’s industrialization, which requires an optimized process working for operation in large-scale production. 

As our Global Process Owner, you will have the fantastic opportunity to set-up the foundations of our supply-chain working closely with the R&D, the pilot production, the sales and the suppliers.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who can:

• Deliver the strategic vison of ERP, PLM, CPQ, MES and other systems, aligned to other key stakeholders
• Design, document (incl. process mapping), implement and oversee the execution of each E2E Engineering & Supply Chain process
• Act as subject matter expert for Eng. & SC department during the implementation of new P2X systems, leading and contributing to all project phases from requirements definition through to live operations
• Provide ongoing training, support and updates for key users
• Monitor user compliance
• Define monitoring for supply chain performance
• Centralize and manage process change requests 
• Establish a governance model/framework
• Be recognized within Eng. & SC department as the Single Point of Contact for all IT (SAP, PLM, CPQ, MES, …) questions

What you’ll bring

We expect that you:

• are familiar with large-scale manufacturing environment
• have a good business acumen across engineering and/or supply chain 
• have strong IT and subject matter expertise (e.g. SAP, PLM, CPQ, MES, …)
• are responsible, autonomous at work, and methodical
• have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• think from a global and strategic perspective

Additionally, you have a master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. mechanical, supply chain, manufacturing or similar) and few years of experience supporting ERP, MRP, and/or other IT system implementations. You speak, read and write English fluently.
