Senior B2B Copywriter

Senior B2B copywriters for Commercial Marketing & Power-to-X

Do you have a proven track record with B2B copywriting and a flair for storytelling? Can you create compelling content that enables customers to understand how Topsoe solutions solve their biggest decarbonization challenges?  
We’re looking for two new colleagues to create and optimize the content needed to drive our leadership position and increase sales of Topsoe Decarbonization Solutions.

Who we’re looking for

Senior B2B Copywriter for Commercial Marketing 
As a senior copywriter, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive copy explaining the benefits and value of Topose’s solutions and capabilities to potential customers and influencers. You’ll be joining an experienced global marketing team responsible for planning and execution of global marketing campaigns promoting our commercial technologies and offerings, from Blue Hydrogen and Blue Ammonia, Sustainable Aviation Fuel and many more. You’ll play a key role in defining value propositions, messaging, and content for campaigns and promotions across multiple channels. We’re relying on your proven track record and dynamic approach to create content that converts.

Senior B2B Copywriter for Power-to-X
As Topsoe’s newest division, Power-to-X is applying Topsoe’s 80+ years of engineering know how to deliver the climate tech solutions needed to decarbonize the industries that cannot be electrified. As a senior copywriter, you’ll help shape our messages and value proposition, build high-impact and compelling content to build our leadership position and communicate the benefits of Power-to-X, Green Hydrogen, Electrolysis and much more. As a new team, you’ll play a key role in setting our direction, streamlining processes, building our content strategy, developing high impact content, supporting omni-channel campaign development and execution with colleagues in Power-to-X and beyond.

Topsoe is committed to the global energy transition, collaboration is key and across both positions you’ll be collaborating with marketing colleagues from across the business, product directors, engineers, subject matter experts any many others.

Your responsibilities

  • Write engaging customer centric copy that attracts, retains, and converts across multiple channels
  • Conduct content research & gather insights to build and optimize our content strategy 
  • Staying updated on industry & content trends to ensure we’re continually improving
  • Develop and maintain messaging guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Build and optimize copywriting processes and frameworks to optimize how we deliver content
  • Collaborate with colleagues to define relevant KPI’s to track performance and continually optimize.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for specialists with excellent communication skills that are structured and adept at collaborating, presenting and communicating to colleagues at all levels of the organization.

We expect that you 

  • have 8+ years of experience with B2B copywriting, preferably within the Energy sector
  • have excellent English writing skills; ideally English is your primary language
  • can translate complex concepts into clear, concise, appealing messages and content
  • can adapt your copywriting approach to numerous formats and channels, and write equally well for online and offline channels and formats
  • have a structured approach to work that allows you to manage multiple priorities while operating in cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables with high attention to detail
  • thrive in a collaborative, dynamic work environment alongside many stakeholders
  • are self-driven, proactive, and motivated, and actively seek new opinions and input
  • are solution-oriented, open-minded, and positive.
