Who we’re looking for
Join us as a Technology Transfer Engineer, where you'll ensure seamless transitions from R&D design projects to pilot production and day-to-day operations in the SOEC pilot production. Utilize your engineering expertise, quality mindset, and collaborative skills to improve production efficiency and maintain high quality standards while fostering strong relationships across R&D, factory, and pilot production teams. You will be a core member in development projects with the responsibility for preparing and leading Quality Control reviews and task responsible for the compilation of the documentation needed for initiating test productions. You are structured and thrive with complex stakeholder management.

What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven record in leading tasks and project coordination, as well as previous experience in transferring new products to manufacturing. Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of work experience in Late Stage Design, New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing and possess a structured and quality-minded approach. Excellent collaboration skills are essential and having a Six Sigma Green Belt or similar skills will be advantageous. A bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry or engineering-based programs is required. You should be proficient in English, and proficiency in Danish is a benefit.

As a Technology Transfer Engineer, you will be expected to communicate expectations clearly and provide open and honest feedback while actively collaborating with your colleagues.
