Then join Topsoe’s Global Supply HR organization and play a key role as an HR Business partner working to build and develop a high performing organization at our plant in Frederikssund.

Who we’re looking for
As HR Business Partner in Global Supply, you will support managers at our plant in Frederikssund. Operating in partnership, you will work closely with managers to drive the recruitment efforts across the plant.

In addition, you will together with other HR Business partners drive and support people specific matters and organizational needs and initiatives in the Global Supply. Furthermore, you will assist in implementing annual leadership processes and new company wide leadership practices and tools. 

Not only will you get deep insight into -and thorough understanding of -our global organization, but you will also build a strong network and be able to influence how we develop our organization. You will be given a great chance to further develop your HR toolbox and work together with highly skilled colleagues across HR.

You will become part of a dedicated and professional team of HR Business Partners. You will work from our plant in Frederikssund in close collaboration with colleagues globally and in our two locations in Denmark.

What you’ll bring
You are highly driven and result-oriented with a can-do attitude and a keen interest in human resources and being part of a team. Focused on making a difference for the business, you will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels and cultures. You are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders and thrive in a production environment. The position requires a highly flexible and adaptable person, who can handle frequent changes, while remaining positive and service minded. Excellent co-operation and communication skills are a prerequisite, and you must have a high level of proficiency in both oral and written English and Danish.

Your responsibilities

  • Advice managers regarding people and organization practices and processes
  • Support the managers in driving great leadership and engagement within their organization
  • Ensure efficient implementation of new tools, solutions, and processes
  • Develop recruitment strategies based on a clear understanding of the job requirements to deliver high quality candidates 
  • Develop strong relationships with managers such that their recruitment requirements are clearly understood and are proactively managed and you are perceived as a clear value adding partner
  • Effectively manage agencies and vendors to ensure that they deliver to agreed standards
  • Drive and participate in Employer Branding activities
  • Participate in relevant initiatives and projects

Preferably you have a relevant master’s degree, and have minimum 5 years of HR experience, working as a Recruitment Partner, HR Partner, or HR consultant. It is an advantage if you previously have worked in a plant or other operation-based company.
