Who we’re looking for
Our Global Employer Brand Lead – Julie - is going on maternity leave, and though we are excited about the news, we will need a new colleague for a while to take over Julie’s responsibilities. 


You will be part of the Global Brand Team in the Global Communication & Brand department, which is placed in the Sustainability & External Affairs division in Topsoe. We are in the center of the huge transformation Topsoe is undertaking these years from a groundbreaking chemical engineering company to a groundbreaking energy solutions company. But we can’t do it alone, which is where you come in. We’re looking for someone who can continue making us become the employer of choice in order be attractive to all the talent, we need. 


We hope you are passionate about Employer Branding and have some experience with running campaigns and advocacy programs in a larger, global cooperation. While reporting to the Global Corporate Brand Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 5 creative minds with hands-on capabilities. As Maternity Cover for our Global Employer Brand Lead you will have a lot of contact with the organization and should enjoy working with many different stakeholders. 


Here are some of the things you can expect to be doing:

  • Manage employer branding campaigns, which has already been developed and planned
  • Maintain our Employee Advocacy Program – Topsoe Energizers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR and talent acquisition teams, to ensure alignment and integration of our employer branding efforts across all touchpoints
  • Support career fair concepts and events globally.


What you’ll bring

We’re after people who not only want to achieve something together but have a mind for solving problems and nurturing others. We expect you will bring good energy and enthusiasm as you enjoy the informal work atmosphere, we have at Topsoe. 


Here’s what our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience with managing employee advocacy programmes or similar 
  • Very good communication skills
  • Probably a background in Employer Branding, Corporate Branding or Corporate Communications
  • The ability to handle senior people both internally and externally 
  • Some years of experience of working in similar businesses 
  • A master’s degree from business schools or similar.
