Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, with a specific focus on ergonomic practices, office work environment, psychosocial work environment, and mental well-being. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and maintain effective HSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting a culture of safety and well-being.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the day-to-day tasks within ergonomic practices, office work environment, psychosocial work environment, and mental well-being.
  • Support the Health and Safety organization across all functions at the Lyngby site. Drive and facilitate meetings with the health and safety organization and committee.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic practices, stress management, and mental health awareness.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on subject matter topics, including ergonomic assessments, workstation setup, and mental well-being initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices, and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, incidents, and reporting for the office areas in Lyngby.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HSE professional, with a focus on ergonomic practices, office work environment, psychosocial work environment, and mental well-being.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
