We are looking for an experienced manager to our automation/electrical team. The team consists of 12 highly skilled automation and electrical specialists operating out of our office in Denmark. Your aim is to both to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the team but also to manage, create structure, set goals, and follow up.
You become part of the Design & Construction (D&C) Leadership team with 5 experienced managers.
We focus on designing and delivering electrical systems and PLC-systems to build small and large demonstration-units to first-of-a-kind plants at customer sites. The tasks are primarily related to electrical systems for controlling process plants, equipment and instrumentation. As manager, you will be responsible for the execution and collaboration with project managers in D&C.
Design & Construction has just launched an agile system for creating transparency in how we prioritize and how we link the company goals to individual tasks - and you are expected to join this initiative. We also expect you to establish and maintain relationships with other areas/functions in the company to collaborate towards the common company goals.

- Accountable for all aspects of leading your team of highly skilled technicians and experts
- Customizes how your team collaborates with the organization
- Understand and link the company’s strategic direction to your department goals and work with KPIs
- Coordinate across resource departments in terms of resource management and delegation of work
- Proactively establish relationships with both internal and external collaborators
- Focus on the continuously development of your team.

Qualifications
You have a background in electrical and/or automation engineering or equivalent. We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of documented experience working with automation from the process industry.
It is prerequisite that you have relevant experience in leading people.
We expect excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, oral as well as written.
