Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a new colleague to join Engineering and Supply Chain within Power-to-X, where we will evolve some aspects of the building blocks for our SOEC units, which through its unmatched energy efficiency will play a major role in the green electrification of the chemical and refinery industry.
The SOEC hardware will be supplied skid mounted. You will be part of a team focusing on industrializing the evolution of the SOEC, by detailed design optimization that target low-cost manufacturing processes for large series production at sub suppliers. The focus will be around lessons learned and ‘Design to Cost’ including DfM and DfA aspects of the launch design.

You are a team player; however, you are also very independent and proactive when it comes to planning your work, achieving knowledge, and building network.
What you’ll bring
We’re after people who not only want to achieve something together but have a mind for solving problems and nurturing others. Here’s what our ideal candidate will bring:
- Working knowledge with instrument and electrical codes like NEC, IEC, ISO, ISA, IES API and CE Codes and Standards
- Experience about instrument specification, selection and installation
- Experience that allows you to make the general as well as the detailed architecture of Control DCS, ESD/SIS and F&G systems.
- Ability to make PLC program specifications for a sub-contractor to do the actual PLC programming
- An insight on the control of AD to DC converters and control of electrical heaters
