We are looking for a dedicated Technology Product Manager for our proprietary hardware equipment - CTS™ Burners, including secondary reformers and SynCOR™ Autothermal reformer units. Join us in a pivotal role that demands innovation, coordination, and passion for our state-of-the-art technology.
You will spearhead the evolution of our Burner technology. Through strategic technical leadership, you'll shape the trajectory of your product portfolio, ensuring that it not only meets current market demands but also anticipates future challenges and opportunities. In this role, your impact will be substantial: maintain a competitive edge ensuring our state-of-the-art technology, uphold our reputation for reliability and quality, and consistently stand out as industry leaders. Your efforts will drive both our product's excellence and our business's success.
Beyond your technical expertise, you'll be a vital bridge between our Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Sales, and Technical Service teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals. What you’ll bring
We are seeking an individual with a profound technical background complemented by a visionary approach and exemplary collaboration abilities. With a degree in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, you are positioned for a pivotal role in advancing our Burner technology. You've demonstrated a consistent ability to pioneer advancements and influence industry directions. Your skills in executing projects, facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, and translating technical intricacies into clear business benefits are crucial. While direct people management is not a prerequisite, your leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams will be fundamental in this position.
It is an advantage if you're familiar with ASME pressure vessels fabrication standards and have a foundational understanding of welding methods and materials crucial to our industry. A working knowledge of CAD tools for design and modeling, as well as experience in project management, ensuring the consistent meeting and optimization of timelines, resources, and quality parameters would further position you as an ideal candidate.
