Our Global Production Lean team is looking for two skilled Lean Change agents to be part of our strategy.

We have two open positions where eager and willingness to implement and lead changes, develop your competences and globally impact with the changes and standardizations is required.
Global Production Lean, is a part of our delivery organization, Global Supply.
Your base will be in Frederikssund, and some travelling to our production site in Houston, Bayport, USA is to be expected.
Activate your entire LEAN toolbox with focus on stakeholder management and collaboration
This is your opportunity to participate in the development and implementations of improved global production systems and optimize work across our different operations globally. You will be working closely together with the management as well as operation in our different functions and collaborate with stakeholders from our business units when relevant for running projects. Also, complex cases will demand your expertise in facilitating to ensure thorough problem solving enabling new solutions.
Your ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders will ensure your success. Here, your profound grasp of the LEAN principles and your ability to observe the daily operation and identify opportunities will inspire the way we normally do things.
Your responsibilities in brief:

We are looking for two new colleagues, if from chemical or other regulated industries it will be advantage but not a requirement. We will focus on your LEAN competencies and your ability to drive people around you. You must be familiar with both deep and broad LEAN, encompassing e.g. VSM, systematic problem solving, PDCA and process confirmation. It will be an advantage if you already know what it is like to work with LEAN in a production environment. However, project management and work related to other areas of production or system-implementation is also of high interest. It will be a part of your journey with our team to be trained into our way of working in our LEAN trainee program.
