    Day 1
    All day Steam reformer assessment

    Our steam reformer assessment course will teach you how to perform "health checks" on your steam reformer and use the results to trim the performance of this critical plant component.

    Day 2 & 3
    All day Catalyst theory & operation

    Assessing and optimizing your plant can lead to longer catalyst lifetimes and higher production rates. Our catalyst theory & operation course will teach you how to do this safely and effectively. The main focus will be reactors present in Hydrogen and Ammonia plants.

    Day 4
    All day Catalyst loading & reduction

    Proper understanding of the procedures and safety precautions required in catalyst loading and reduction can save valuable time and maximize catalyst performance. Our catalyst loading & reduction course will make sure you are prepared for your next catalyst replacement.

    At the end of day 4, it is possible to take an exam to prove you have a good understanding of the topic. If you pass the exam, you will receive 'Certified by Topsoe' diploma of accomplishment.

    All day Meet-the-Experts and a tour of our R&D facilities

    LEARN'26 is Topsoe's annual training event for technical staff at hydrogen, methanol, and ammonia plants. Built around the module-based training structure of Topsoe AcademyTM.

    LEARN'26 will take you into the classroom and give you in-depth knowledge on how to trim and operate your plant, making it possible to run more safely, increase your production, and avoid unexpected shutdowns.

    FAQ

    Who should attend?

    This training event is designed for younger engineers and operators working within the hydrogen, methanol, or ammonia industries. Although the target group is primarily younger engineers, engineers with more experience can also benefit from this event and get their knowledge updated.

    What is the format and focus of the training, and how many seats are available?

    The training will consist of group sessions, discussions, presentations, and a high level of interaction ensuring optimum learning. The training will focus mainly on the common denominators in hydrogen, ammonia and methanol plants, and go into details with some aspects so your specific technology will be in focus. In order to ensure high-quality training, we only have 40 seats and enrollment will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Where is the training held, and what are the hotel booking details?

    The training course is held at Scandic Copenhagen Hotel, which is located centrally in Copenhagen. If you wish to stay at this hotel, Topsoe has secured rooms here from June 15 to June 19, 2026.     What is the cancellation policy for the training?

    All cancellation notifications must be emailed to: topsoeacademy@topsoe.com. A cancellation / no‑show fee of EUR 150 will be charged for all registrations cancelled 30 working days or less before the event. Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to this fee.
