The role and impact

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and services sourced from suppliers meet Topsoe’s quality requirements. You will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to qualify suppliers, manage performance, and resolve quality issues.

You will drive supplier nonconformance handling, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to reduce risk, improve supplier capability, and ensure reliable deliveries across the supply base. This role plays a key part in strengthening supplier partnerships and supporting stable, high-quality operations.

What you’ll bring

You hold a degree in Engineering and have experience within supplier quality or a similar quality-focused role. You bring solid knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP/APQP, along with experience in supplier or process audits.

You set ambitious goals aligned with business priorities and show a relentless drive to improve supplier performance and quality outcomes. You make clear, timely, and well-founded quality decisions that keep work moving forward, even in complex situations. Strong communication and influencing skills allow you to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and suppliers. Willingness to travel to suppliers is expected.
