近日，Aker Carbon Capture公司与托普索公司共同签署合作意向书，旨在为低碳制氢提供完整的解决方案。
该解决方案结合了托普索久经验证的制氢工艺和Aker Carbon Capture的后燃烧碳捕集技术，实现了低排放且经济高效的“蓝氢“生产。”蓝氢“作为一种清洁能源载体，在工业上有广泛的用途，并可作为燃料使用。
欧盟计划投资110亿欧元，在2030年之前对欧洲一半的现有制氢装置进行碳捕集与封存改造。
