托普索eCOs™技术——将二氧化碳转化为化工原料

将CO2以电化学转化为有用的化学物质，例如一氧化碳（CO），是一条将化工产品生产与化石燃料的使用相脱离的潜力路径。托普索的eCOs™技术采用具有高转化率的固体氧化物电解方式，即使在工业生产中仍可保证生产率，因此对于实际应用更具吸引力。

托普索公司最近在《电化学学会杂志》（Journal of the Electrochemical Society）上发表了一篇科学评论论文，在文中客观比较了当前三种CO2电解技术——从水溶液中进行低温电解、熔融碳酸盐电解、固体氧化物电解。

通过详实的数据分析，固体氧化物电池中的CO2电解是目前用于从CO2生产CO中最节能，最成熟的电解技术，无论选择哪种性能指标，其性能都大大优于水性电解技术。

托普索独特的eCOs™解决方案基于固态氧化物电解技术，采用该方案进行超高纯CO的现场生产，极具成本竞争力。托普索公司已与Delille Oxygen公司签订了租赁协议，将使用2个商业级全尺寸装置进行CO生产，每个装置产能为每小时96Nm³ CO，年内即可投产。

对于在生产过程需使用CO的制药、冶金、电子和特种化学品行业而言，现场生成CO是一项重大工艺改进。托普索eCOs™技术可确保供应和安全，消除了运输有害气体的风险，并大大降低存储，租赁等连带成本。
