泰国石油公司（Thaioil）位于泰国东部春武里府的Sriracha炼厂与托普索签署协议，选择SNOX™技术解决方案，以有效去除并控制炼厂尾气中硫，氮氧化物和粉尘的排放量。
此项协议是泰国石油公司50亿美元的 清洁燃料项目 的一部分，该项目旨在以更环保的方式生产更清洁的运输燃料。
此协议执行后，该炼厂的日产能有望从27.5万桶增加到40万桶，并可在提高能源效率的同时降低对环境的影响。

本次泰国石油与托普索公司签订的销售协议包含专有设备和托普索SNOX™大气污染排放控制技术所需的催化剂供应。该协议的执行将确保Sriracha炼厂的新能源回收装置符合当地大气污染排放法规。

Sriracha炼厂的新能源回收装置将使用三条平行的SNOX™工艺线，以去除新建循环流化床锅炉中的硫化物（SOx），氮氧化物（NOx）和粉尘。通过SNOX™解决方案，尾气中的硫将以商业级浓硫酸的形式回收，而氮氧化物则会被还原为游离氮。

SNOX™工艺还可以通过回收多余的热量来达到节能效果，以减少锅炉能耗。在炼厂中，SNOX™工艺还可以处理其他含硫尾气，例如H2S气体，酸水汽提气和克劳斯尾气。

泰国石油还为此次新建的环保型Sriracha炼厂选择了其他托普索产品和技术许可（包括加氢处理装置等），以期达到更好的节能环保效果。
