    Digital Product Manager

    As a Digital Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering innovative digital solutions that address both conventional and complex business challenges. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, ensure compliance with key deliverables, and support the development of robust business cases for digital initiatives. Your role will require you to articulate and present digital concepts to senior stakeholders, drive value creation post-implementation, and plan targeted communications to maximize impact.

     

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Designing digital products that solve a range of business challenges

    • Partnering with business stakeholders to shape digital opportunities and ensure compliance

    • Presenting digital concepts to senior stakeholders and leadership

    • Supporting business case development and driving value creation after implementation

    • Evaluating technical feasibility, optimizing design, and resolving production issues

    • Developing and executing strategies and roadmaps based on best practices, change management, and KPIs

    • Training internal teams on digital technologies and ensuring brand consistency

    • Monitoring the impact of digital initiatives and prioritizing execution steps

    • Coordinating the delivery of multiple technology solutions with cross-functional and global agile teams

    • Ensuring applications align with architectural principles and business needs

    • Preparing cost analyses, building prototypes, and promoting design thinking for the right minimum viable product (MVP)

    • Creating training materials for new or updated product lines.

     

     

    What you will bring:

    You are an engineering expert with a passion for digital transformation and a strong track record of leading large-scale engineering programs within mid to large enterprises. Your ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups enables you to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership. You are structured, proactive, and motivated by delivering high end-user satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

     

    To succeed in this role, you will bring:

    • Extensive experience in engineering transformation programs and digital transformation projects

    • Deep understanding of the digital industry, including technology, data, and business change

    • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct workshops with diverse participants

    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

    • A structured and planning-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining team spirit

    • A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in engineering or equivalent experience

    • Solid knowledge of Application, Product, or Service Lifecycle Management, IT services, and agile software development processes

    • Certifications such as Leading SAFe or Scrum are a plus

    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

    You will join a team dedicated to owning and advancing digital products for our internally developed engineering applications. This team is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap, ensuring adoption and value, and collaborating closely with business, engineering, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable in-house solutions.
