    Strategy Manager (Maternity Cover)

    Role and impact:
    As Strategy Manager (Maternity Cover) in the Strategy Partnering & Execution team, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted advisor to Topsoe’s C-suite and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will ensure continuity and senior project leadership during an ambitious period of transformation. Your main responsibilities will include:

    - Leading high-priority strategic projects sponsored by the Senior Leadership Team, including commercial strategy, regional strategies, investment cases, competitor analysis, and sustainability initiatives
    - Acting as a trusted sparring partner and advisor to C-suite members on strategic topics
    - Facilitating the cascade of corporate strategy into actionable execution across business units
    - Leading change management and business excellence initiatives
    - Preparing and presenting recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team and Board, and owning mission build and strategy review contributions

    Within your first months, you will quickly take ownership of key strategic projects, become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and contribute to major strategy cycles.

    This is a maternity cover position for 8-10 months.

    What you will bring:
    You bring a robust strategic and analytical skillset, capable of leading complex analyses and delivering board-ready recommendations independently. Your experience includes building trust with C-suite leaders and providing clear, confident advice on high-impact topics. You excel at managing multiple workstreams, coaching junior colleagues, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

    Your executive communication skills are outstanding, with the ability to craft and present compelling PowerPoint presentations and analyses for CEO and Board audiences. Ideally, you have a background in management consulting or corporate strategy, supported by a degree in business or engineering. Key competencies include strategic advisory, project and people leadership, analytical rigour, executive communication, and stakeholder influence.
