Senior Digital Marketing Consultant (Maternity Cover)

    Location Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark
    Job Category Sales
    Deadline October 19, 2026

Are you motivated by digital marketing that creates measurable impact?

At Topsoe, we are at the forefront of innovation in the chemical and engineering sectors, dedicated to creating advanced solutions for the global energy transition. As our colleague prepares for maternity leave, we are looking for a curious, proactive, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to join our Global Marketing team.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of key digital marketing channels and activities in an international B2B environment. You will help translate business priorities into effective digital campaigns, support our stakeholders across the organization, and use data to improve performance and create lasting impact.

    Role overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant at Topsoe, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous optimization of key digital channels, including email marketing, paid LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, landing pages, and updates to our website, Topsoe.com.

You will also support cross-channel campaign activities, including selected digital activities related to Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Working closely with Marketing Managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders across the business, you will help plan and execute campaigns, manage content workflows, and ensure that our digital activities support Topsoe’s commercial objectives.

The role requires a hands-on approach, good stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement. Our copywriters will provide content and messaging, while you focus on the technical execution, management, and optimization of digital activities.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage paid LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end, including content planning with Marketing Managers, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting.
    • Own the email marketing workflow, from mailing list building and newsletter setup to distribution, analysis, and lead-nurturing flows, including selected email activities supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
    • Manage hands-on Google Ads activities, including keyword targeting, copy updates, and campaign optimization.
    • Manage website content updates, including publishing articles, videos, white papers, and other content.
    • Support internal link building and similar small website improvements to ensure site maintenance and positive user experience.
    • Manage landing pages from setup and publication to performance monitoring and reporting.
    • Provide ad hoc graphic support using Canva to produce supplementary social media materials and other digital marketing collateral.
    • Prepare regular and clear performance reports, including insights and recommendations for optimization.

    What you will bring:

    • Practical experience with digital marketing tools and activities, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CMS platforms, and email marketing, from managing mailing lists and newsletters to campaign distribution and performance reporting. We use Account Engagement, previously known as Pardot.
    • A curious and data-informed approach to evaluating campaign performance and identifying practical ways to improve campaigns, workflows, and processes.
    • Experience creating or updating simple visuals in Canva or a similar design tool is an advantage.
    • A proactive and self-driven approach to your work and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Good communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions, including the confidence to advise stakeholders and challenge requests constructively.
    • Experience presenting results to a team and hosting meetings or workshops focused on digital marketing optimization.
    • Preferably four or more years of experience in a digital marketing role.
    • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
    • As you will have many international colleagues, and English is the company language, it is essential that you are fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.

    Team environment

You will join a supportive and collaborative Global Marketing team where colleagues share knowledge, help each other succeed, and work together to create results. We value a positive team spirit and believe that the best solutions often come from bringing different perspectives together.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with Marketing Managers, copywriters, and colleagues across Topsoe. You will have the opportunity to build relationships across the organization and gain insight into how digital marketing supports Topsoe’s global business.

    Why join us?

At Topsoe, you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our global marketing activities and support the digital customer journey across our markets.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. You will have the opportunity to make your mark and shape how we work with digital marketing today and in the future. We value initiative and input, and strong ideas are turned into action.

You will work with a broad range of digital channels and activities and gain insight into digital marketing in an international B2B organization. The role also offers the opportunity to develop your skills, broaden your experience, and contribute to Topsoe’s mission of supporting the energy transition through technology and innovation.

    How to apply

If you would like to be part of a team of skilled and professional colleagues in an informal organization, please submit your documents in English.

You can contact Cecilie Qvist Rosentoft, phone: +45 26469758, mail: cros@topsoe.com, if you want to know more about the position.
