Meet the Topsoe speaker presenting at the event:
Time: 23rd September, 16:45 pm – 17:15 pm
Topic: Next-Generation eNG from CO₂ and green hydrogen; solving flexibility, standby, and water challenges
CO₂-based synthetic natural gas (SNG/eNG) is an attractive pathway for renewable fuel production, but Power-to-X plants must overcome key challenges related to dynamic operation, standby mode, and resource efficiency. Topsoe will present a new integrated process scheme combining electrolysis and synthesis for eNG production from CO₂ and green hydrogen. The design is developed to address ramp-rate limitations, improve standby operation, and reduce concerns related to fresh water consumption in PtX plants. The presentation will discuss the process concept and show how integrated design can enable more flexible, robust, and sustainable eNG production.
