    Sandra Winter-Madsen holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft (The Netherlands) and an Engineering Business Administration from the Danish Technical University. She joined Topsoe in 1989, where she worked in engineering, technology management, marketing, strategy and currently as Product Line Director in Clean Fuels & Chemicals Technology. She is now heading the Topsoe’s synthetic fuels business area.

    Sylvain Verdier Senior Strategy Manager
    Sylvain Verdier holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pau, France, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He joined Topsoe in 2006 and has held different positions, including R&D, Product Development, and Marketing. Currently, he works as a Senior Strategy Manager, advising internal and external stakeholders on how to manage the energy transition with a focus on technologies, regulations, sustainability, and feedstocks—especially to produce renewable fuels for the road, aviation, and marine sectors. He is also involved in Topsoe's thought leadership activities, including seminars and webinars, and hosts the “Fuel for Thought” podcast.
