Day 1: Catalyst Loading
Effective catalyst loading lays the foundation for good catalyst performance. Our Loading training course gives you the insight you need to ensure that your next loading will be a success, covering both adiabatic loadings and tubular reformer loadings. Day 2: Reformer Assessment

Day 3 & 4: Catalyst Theory & Operation
Assessing and optimizing your plant can lead to longer catalyst lifetimes and higher production rates. Our Plant Assessment course will give you an in-depth look into the characteristics of the catalysts as well as the reactions that occur. Based on this, you will learn about the general optimal operating conditions, as well as the typical operational challenges. The main focus will be reactors present in Hydrogen and Ammonia plants. Day 5 part 1: Catalyst Reduction
An effective and safe reduction is needed to get the plant off to a fast start-up and ensure the best activity of the catalyst. Our Catalyst Reduction training course, focusing on Copper catalyst reductions, gives you the insight you need to reduce for success. Day 5 part 2: Knowledge-sharing workshop
During the afternoon, we will give you the opportunity to work together, using the knowledge gained throughout the week, to dive into specific topics and discuss them amongst each other, facilitated by the Topsoe trainers.
At the end of the day, it is possible to take an exam to prove you have a good understanding of the topics that have been covered throughout the event. If you pass the exam, you will receive a 'Certified by Topsoe' diploma of accomplishment.
The training course is to be held at Movenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket which is located centrally in Patong town, Phuket. If you wish to stay at this hotel, Topsoe has secured rooms here at a fixed rate per night for the nights of November 18 to November 22, 2024.
