托普索 SNOX™排放控制技术首次应用于炭黑行业

近日，托普索与美国俄里翁碳处理工程有限公司签订废气处理技术合同，合同额达亿元人民币规模。

托普索采用SNOX™工艺技术，设计提供去除硫化物、氮氧化物和粉尘的综合废气处理解决方案，此方案将用于俄里翁公司位于美国路易斯安那州的炭黑工厂，这也是托普索的SNOX™工艺技术首次应用于炭黑行业。

自2014年以来，俄里翁公司对托普索SNOX™工艺技术进行了深入了解和分析，包括已运行项目的现场参观和在俄里翁的制造设备上进行概念性测试。而结果证明，SNOX™工艺技术除还原氮氧化物所需的氨之外，不消耗水和额外的化学试剂；且能源利用效率高，可以满足当地严苛的排放要求。最终，托普索获得了俄里翁公司的信赖，双方签署合作协议。

此次签署合同包含工程设计、技术许可、专利设备、备品备件、催化剂供应以及装置试、开车阶段的监控运行和投产之后的维保服务。此次合同所涉及到的SNOX™装置预计将在2021年4月正式投产运行。

关于俄里翁公司和炭黑行业：

俄里翁公司是炭黑行业的全球供应商，其产品包括：高性能特种天然气炭黑、炉法炭黑、灯烟炭黑、热炭黑等等全系列炭黑材料；可用于强化高分子聚合物、塑料、涂料的性能和制作用于汽车轮胎的特种橡胶。

炭黑通常以不完全氧化的重油为原料，在中国则多用煤焦油为原料生产。
