    Sales Manager – Catalysts and Technology 

    Role and impact:
    As Sales Manager based in Bahrain, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for our catalysts and technology sales within the downstream oil and gas sector. Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence in refining and chemicals, leveraging advanced technologies that support the global energy transition. You will lead initiatives to identify and capture new business opportunities, foster impactful partnerships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive significant business growth. Collaborating closely with regional and global teams, you will ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, directly contributing to our leadership in the Middle East and Central Asia (MECA), fast-growing market.  

    Key responsibilities include:
    - Leading catalyst and technology sales efforts for refining and chemicals businesses, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
    - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market share and drive revenue growth in the region.
    - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
    - Identifying emerging opportunities and trends in the downstream oil and gas sector, and positioning our solutions to address evolving customer requirements.
    - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that support the global energy transition and sustainability goals.
    Must have local market knowledge of MECA Region 

    What you will bring:
    You bring extensive experience—over 15 years—in sales and business development within the downstream oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on catalysts and technology sales for refining and chemicals. You hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Chemical Engineering, equipping you with a solid technical foundation. Your expertise includes building and nurturing strategic partnerships, developing customer-focused strategies, and delivering measurable business growth. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles, communicating technical value propositions, and aligning solutions with clients’ sustainability and innovation goals. Your collaborative approach and entrepreneurial mindset will be key to your success in this role. You must have local market knowledge of MECA Region. 
    *Arabic speaking is a plus.
