Would you like to work close to strategic decision-making, IT leadership, and key business processes in a global organization?
We are looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant to join the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and support the CIO and the IT leadership team with administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks. In this role, you will help prepare presentations, conduct research, coordinate meetings and workshops, and support key IT governance processes. • Taking structured, action-oriented meeting minutes
    • Supporting planning and logistics for IT leadership meetings and workshops
    • Assisting with virtual meetings in Teams or Zoom, including recordings, transcripts, and follow-up
    • Supporting strategic IT planning activities, vendor evaluations, Request for Proposal (RFP)-related materials, and stakeholder briefings

    We imagine that you:

    • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
    • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

It is an advantage if you have prior experience with administrative support, project coordination, or research, and if you have a basic understanding of IT concepts and digital transformation.
