Role and impact
As Senior Health and Safety Advisor at our new Herning site, you will play an important role in supporting all Health and Safety matters within the plant.

You will help the Herning plant achieve the international standard for ISO 45001, ensuring our operations meet the highest benchmarks for safety and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to the development of our global Health and Safety procedures and processes, and you will establish key performance indicators (KPI) and targets aimed at preventing and reducing incident rates. 

In addition, you will help develop our Health and Safety programs, including oversight of contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with our safety standards.

What you will bring
You bring experience within Health and Safety, ideally from industries like Chemical, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or similar. Your strong understanding of HSE standards, regulations, and best practices make you comfortable navigating in complex production environments. 

You care about building a workplace where people trust and respect each other, and your safety mindset shows in your practical solutions. You are great at getting your message across in a multicultural setting, making sure everyone understands the importance of working safely.

You are skilled in developing Health and Safety procedures and processes and experienced in conducting incident investigations. You are adept at overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure a safe working environment.

Your new team
You will join a small, local team of three dedicated professionals, working closely together to map and implement all HSE activities at the newly established Herning plant. The newness of the factory offers you a unique opportunity to shape the execution of HSE work and have a significant impact on both the role and the workplace.
