    Role and impact:
As a Catalyst Quality Partner at our plant in Frederikssund, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise will help shape our quality culture, ensuring that we consistently deliver reliable and innovative solutions to our customers. By acting as a trusted partner, you will influence decision-making, customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our business. You will manage customer complaints with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement, handle internal non-conformities, and oversee supplier non-conformities to maintain strong relationships and compliance.
Your responsibilities will also include managing Quality Management System (QMS) management reviews, participating actively in internal audits, and preparing and driving improvements for Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will support the development of the maturity level of Quality in the plant in Frederikssund, using several dimensions that serve as our company compass towards Quality Excellence.

    What you will bring:
You bring a strong background in ISO 9001 quality management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams will be essential. Experience with quality systems, process optimization, and a solid understanding of industry standards will set you up for success. Your analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement will help drive our quality initiatives forward.
An engineering background, preferably in chemistry, is advantageous. Lead auditor certification and broad experience in Six Sigma, Lean, and core quality tools are highly valued.

    Why join us:
You will step into an independent and influential role as a key partner for Topsoe’s largest plant. Here, you will have the autonomy to shape your own workday while collaborating closely with various departments at the plant, driving quality improvements in our production, and strengthening our partnerships with customers. Your contributions will help Topsoe deliver even better products, making a real impact on our journey toward a more sustainable future.

    Your new team:
You will join a team of skilled colleagues both globally at Topsoe and visit our headquarters in Lyngby, where knowledge sharing and mutual support are part of our culture. Locally, you will work closely with talented colleagues at the Frederikssund plant, collaborating as a key stakeholder and trusted advisor to ensure the highest standards of quality.
