Role & Impact : 

As a PowerBI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development of PowerBI dashboards and reports, designing robust data models, managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and driving performance tuning and optimization while applying industry best practices. You will support end users by addressing their needs and ensuring seamless operation of business intelligence solutions. Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, you will help shape data-driven decision-making and support Topsoe Insights, our suite of operational dashboards used globally at all production sites. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business intelligence landscape, empowering teams worldwide with actionable insights.

What You Will Bring:
You hold a degree in computer science or a related field, complemented by prior experience in a similar role. You bring over five years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a strong command of PowerBI, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Kusto Query Language (KQL), and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), along with experience in PowerBI monitoring using Fabric Capacity Metrics. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures the delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions, and you are adept at critically evaluating designs and offering constructive feedback. With a user-centric mindset, you approach challenges with a focus on practical, impactful outcomes.

The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home up to 40% of the time, with the remaining time spent engaging with your colleagues in our New Delhi or Chennai offices. You will have the opportunity to work with a team that embraces both SAP and non-SAP tools, supporting your professional growth and exposure to a broad range of technologies.

Your New Team:
You will join Topsoe's IT Business Intelligence team, a group of 10 skilled professionals based in Denmark and India. Our team works across both analytics and business intelligence, utilizing a mix of SAP and non-SAP tools to deliver impactful solutions. This position is dedicated to the non-SAP part of our landscape, where you will collaborate with colleagues who bring a diverse range of experience, from a few years to over two decades in the business intelligence domain.
