The role and impact
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional power-to-X product development projects in the concept and detailed design phases, with the opportunity to extend your leadership into the scale-up phase. You will integrate insights from customer contact, production, system design, operations, and service design to deliver cost-effective electrolysis solutions based on Topsoe’s SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell) technology. We are maturing our product development processes as the Power-to-X business Power-to-X business matures, and you will contribute to this through your know-how and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional product development projects (from idea to scale-up)
• Provide clear technical and commercial direction
• Ensure efficient and timely project execution, maintaining transparency on plans and risks
• Ensure clarity and engagement within the project team
• Involve all relevant stakeholders, including manufacturing and service teams, throughout the project lifecycle
• Prioritize customer needs and commercial alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maturation of our product development processes

What you’ll bring 
You hold a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in science or engineering, equipping you with the technical foundation to understand complex project content and set both technically and commercially sound direction. Most importantly, however, you bring a proven track record in project management and product development, with hands-on experience in integrated product development and solutions designed for serial production.

Ideally, you have formal project management training and are comfortable navigating hybrid agile/stage-gate methodologies. You are a skilled communicator and facilitator who excels at bringing teams together and driving progress. You stand out for your ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a strong customer focus. 

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for success in this role. Additional language skills are an advantage, but Danish is not required.
