We’re looking for a proactive Global Employment Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Global HR Operations team. Whether you bring a few years of experience or have built deeper expertise over time, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our employment relations practices - supporting a strong workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving how we work with employee relations across Topsoe.  

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners in Denmark and internationally. You’ll provide hands-on, operational support within employment and labor law (including collective agreements and Topsoe policies) and help ensure GDPR-compliant HR practices in close collaboration with our GDPR experts. Through strong stakeholder collaboration, you’ll deliver consistent high-quality HR legal support across business units, while strengthening employee engagement and retention, developing and maintaining clear HR communication materials and templates, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements that support our digitalization agenda. 

What You’ll bring
We’re looking for a colleague who enjoys creating clarity in complex situations and building trust with stakeholders:

• Experience: Relevant HR experience and a relevant master’s degree, e.g., in human resources, business administration, law, or similar
• Global Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and collaborate across cultures
• Independence and Accountability: You work independently, take ownership, and follow through - delivering high quality results while involving stakeholders at the right time
• Service-Oriented Approach: You focus on practical solutions, sound judgement, and a strong stakeholder experience
• Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English; you communicate clearly and confidently in both languages, verbally and in writing
• HR Systems: Comfortable working with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, ProMark, and SAP.

Your new team 
You’ll join a collaborative global HR Operations environment where you can deepen your employment relations expertise, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and help shape scalable HR practices in a truly global organization. As part of our Global Employment Relations team (within Global HR Operations), you’ll join a small, specialized team of one lawyer and one student worker and work alongside dedicated HR professionals supporting operational matters across the entire employee lifecycle. Global HR Operations also includes our Payroll and People Support teams, based in India and Denmark – creating a collaborative, supporting and global setup.
