    Role and impact:
    • Manage and expand strategic catalyst accounts in Malaysia, with selected responsibilities across the ASEAN region.
    • Lead the development and execution of account plans, sales strategies, and business initiatives aligned with Topsoe’s commercial objectives.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, technical stakeholders, and procurement teams to position Topsoe’s solutions as the preferred choice.
    • Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and responding to tenders to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales, technical support, and product lines—to develop winning proposals and strategies tailored to each customer.
    • Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to influence Topsoe’s growth and innovation in the region.

    What you will bring:
    • Strong background in chemical engineering or a related field.
    • Significant experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the chemical, catalyst, refining, or process industries.
    • Expertise in managing strategic accounts, leading commercial negotiations, and executing complex contracts.
    • Deep understanding of the Malaysian market and established networks with key industry stakeholders.
    • Experience with catalyst sales, regional exposure across ASEAN, and familiarity with Salesforce are highly valued.
    • Strategic mindset, sound judgment, and ability to engage credibly in both technical and commercial discussions.
    • Proactive, collaborative, and driven to deliver exceptional results for customers and the organization.
