    The role and impact

As a Principal Associate, you will ensure end-to-end compliance with global and regional tax regulations, focusing on transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxation, and cross-border reporting. Acting as a bridge between global and regional finance teams, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate tax records, enabling transparent reporting, and supporting strategic financial decision-making within a multinational environment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of global taxation, finance, and technology, gaining comprehensive exposure to both international and regional compliance frameworks. You will gain hands-on experience across diverse tax domains — Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Transfer Pricing — while contributing to strategic financial control. Your working knowledge of transfer pricing documentation, intercompany accounting, and cross-border transactions is complemented by strong analytical and reconciliation skills, enabling you to interpret large data sets effectively. You excel in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of SAP, with strong documentation, audit support, and stakeholder communication skills. Your ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, coordinate across functions, and proactively stay updated on tax law amendments and best practices makes you a valuable asset. A postgraduate qualification in Finance/Accounting, or Taxation, hands-on experience (5-8 Years) in tax return filing, reconciliations, and audit handling, as well as exposure to international reporting, transfer pricing, and cross-border operations (especially Europe–U.S. corridor), will be highly regarded. Prior experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.
