Role And Impact:
As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Financial and Controlling (FICO) Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Topsoe’s financial systems and processes. You will lead the configuration, support, and integration of Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment, with a strong focus on Controlling. Your expertise will drive the design and optimization of key finance processes, including product costing, transfer pricing, closing activities, group accounting, and consolidation. You will act as both a business advisor on current SAP tools and finance processes, and as a technical owner responsible for daily operations in your area. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will coordinate tasks, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, and contribute to the ongoing development of our Finance IT Corporate Applications. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of Topsoe’s financial operations, supporting our global business objectives.

What You Will Bring:
You bring a strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules with more than 12+ years of hands-on experience includes configuration, support, and participation in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. You are skilled in integrating SAP with third-party systems and other SAP modules, and you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. Your strengths include excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in the Central European Time (CET) zone. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement make you a trusted advisor and technical leader.
