    Deadline March 13, 2026

    Role And Impact:

As Global Alliances Principal, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding Topsoe’s global partnerships landscape in support of our strategic priorities. You will ensure that our engagement in international alliances and high-level forums is focused, value-creating, and aligned with our broader business and public affairs objectives.

In this role, you will enhance Topsoe’s influence in the global energy transition by fostering strong external relationships and ensuring that our voice is represented in the right arenas. You will act as a strategic connector between external platforms and internal stakeholders, translating alliance activities into tangible business and policy impact.

Working across functions and geographies, you will contribute to a structured and forward-looking approach to partnership management, while enabling senior leaders to engage effectively in global dialogues that shape industry and policy developments.

The role will be based in Topsoe’s Global Public Affairs function, reporting to the Head of Global Affairs, Americas and Indo-Pacific. This is a global role, and the work location can be at one of our offices in Poland, Denmark, or Washington, DC.

    The role will primarily:

    • Lead key global partnerships and memberships: Drive engagement and shape policy priorities in key global organizations. Coordinate Topsoe’s engagement in selected global alliances and initiatives by managing memberships, tracking deliverables, facilitating internal contributions to workstreams, and ensuring value from participation.

    • Plan and execute executive participation in major events: Lead end-to-end coordination for senior leadership engagement at priority global events (e.g., COP, Davos, Climate Weeks, Clean Energy Ministerial, industry summits), including logistics, stakeholder outreach, briefing preparation, and follow-up.

    • Coordinate cross-functional event preparation: Work closely with Communications, business units, and Public Affairs colleagues to align messaging, prepare talking points, manage scheduling, and ensure consistent representation of Topsoe’s priorities.

    • Monitor partnership performance and identify improvements: Track alliance activities, evaluate engagement effectiveness, and propose adjustments to ensure time and resources are focused on high-impact platforms.

    What You Will Bring:
You bring a robust network within the global clean energy sector and a proven track record in policy advocacy and stakeholder management at an international level, with minimum 8 years of relevant job experience. Your expertise includes a deep understanding of international organizations and policy discussions related to the energy transition. You excel at planning and executing complex, high-level events, managing logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders with precision. Your experience supporting external engagement, preparing high-quality briefing materials, and coordinating schedules for senior leaders ensures strategic positioning and continuity. You are adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment, and you communicate company policy positions effectively to diverse audiences.

Your background in energy policy, particularly in the United States and/or European Union, and your ability to work both independently and collaboratively make you a valuable asset to our team. A relevant academic background and significant experience in the field further strengthen your qualifications.

    Why Join Us:
Joining Topsoe means becoming part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment where teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement are at the core of our culture. You will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals from diverse backgrounds, spearheading initiatives that drive environmental stewardship and social responsibility. This role offers a unique platform to make a tangible impact on the global energy transition, shaping a more sustainable future while advancing your own professional growth. At Topsoe, your contributions will be valued, and you will be empowered to lead meaningful change in a company committed to making a difference.

    Your New Team:
You will become part of the Public Affairs team, while also collaborating with Topsoe professionals across the entire organization. Together, you will share knowledge, support each other, and work closely to solve complex challenges.
