    Role and impact:
    As a Senior Digital Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of our application landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

    - Taking ownership of end-to-end operational management, performance, and continuous improvement of plant applications.
    - Ensuring stability, compliance, and high end user satisfaction while supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager in maximizing business value from digital solutions.
    - Managing and maintaining technical documentation, architecture, and configuration overviews, as well as best practice runbooks.
    - Overseeing operational monitoring, incident and problem management, and driving continuous reliability improvements.
    - Planning and executing releases and upgrades, managing test and production environments, and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance with infrastructure standards.
    - Acting as a technical subject matter expert, empowering users, and building team capabilities through training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
    - Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

    What you will bring:
    You bring a strong educational background in Information Technology, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, understanding of chemical plant with more than 6 years of experience in similar field. Your experience includes application management, particularly with understanding of manufacturing or plant environments, where you have supported business-critical applications. You must have experience in incident, change, and release management, and are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe. Your analytical mindset, excellent communication skills in English, and structured approach enable you to prioritize effectively and deliver results. You are service-minded, proactive, and thrive in cross-functional, global teams, always striving for system stability and user satisfaction.
