    The role and impact
As Global Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibility will be to support hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from A to Z.

    This includes:

    • Conducting kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand the desired candidate profile and guiding them through each step of the recruitment journey
    • Helping draft job advertisements

    • Participating in the final selection process and decision-making
    • Advise managers on compensation packages for candidates
    • Directly source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter as well as working with selected search companies on specific recruitments
    • Ensure that hiring managers are well-prepared to onboard new employees effectively.

Throughout, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and deliver value-adding services at every touchpoint. You will also have regular sparring with HR Business Partners, who have organizational overview and insights of the individual teams.

In addition to these core tasks, you will have the opportunity to work on development projects and enhance recruitment training for hiring managers. We also expect you to keep up to date with global market trends to ensure Topsoe has the right talent and competencies to support our ambitious growth.

    What you’ll bring

You are reliable, passionate about your work, and possess a high sense of integrity and loyalty. You are comfortable challenging hiring managers throughout the process and ensuring adherence to recruitment procedures. You can take a strategic, high-level perspective while also paying attention to important details.

We hope that you can see yourself in this:

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
    • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct search (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
    • Proven capability of delivering talent across an organization
    • A relevant master’s degree
    • Ability to use data, systems, and insights to inform decisions
    • Comfortable with change and complexity, and able to adapt quickly to new ways of working
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

A significant part of your role will also involve close collaboration with colleagues in Global Mobility, as many of our candidates are international. Experience with international hiring is therefore an advantage.
