Role and impact:
As a Senior Project Manager for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), you will take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring their successful delivery from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for leading and managing project teams on a daily basis, driving performance to meet key project indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that all deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget. 

Your role will involve comprehensive stakeholder management, both internally and externally, as well as overseeing project documentation, risk and schedule management, and contract and claim management. You will play a pivotal role in assembling and reporting on project KPIs, maintaining project budgets and forecasts, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards. 

Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating complex interfaces and managing multiple subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.

What you will bring:
You bring a strong educational background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field. 

Your extensive experience in executing complex projects—ideally in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), or Engineering and Procurement (EP) environments, and preferably within process industries—sets you apart. You hold a recognized Project Management Certification such as Project Management Institute (PMI), International Project Management Association (IPMA), or equivalent. 

Your commercial and business acumen is complemented by proven expertise in contract and claim management, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You are adept at managing multiple subcontractors and complex project interfaces, and you have hands-on experience in executing technology projects involving hardware and vendor interactions. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
