    Role And Impact:
    As an IT Trainee – Product Support (Engineering Document Management System), you will play a key role in supporting the creation, implementation, and maintenance of document management workflows and templates. You will assist users with existing processes, resolve basic issues related to document management, and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization. Your responsibilities will include organizing and structuring document repositories to ensure efficient access, robust version control, and compliance with internal standards. You will participate in various phases of document management projects, such as workflow testing, system validation, and platform upgrades. Additionally, you will provide input and suggest initiatives for ongoing enhancement of document management practices and system usability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across locations—including Chennai, Noida, and Denmark—will be essential to support project and business objectives.

    What You Will Bring:
    You have a bachelor’s degree (completed or in your final year) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Whether you are a recent graduate, freelancer, or have more experience, you are welcome to apply—provided you are open to joining as a trainee. You bring an understanding of document management principles or have prior exposure to document control systems, which will be an advantage. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or DevOps, and exposure to engineering drawings, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems are beneficial but not mandatory. You have a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts or tools, such as ChatGPT, document automation, or data extraction, and are interested in applying AI to streamline document management, automate repetitive tasks, or enhance data-driven decision-making.
