    Who we’re looking for
    We are seeking a skilled functional lead for Project Time Scheduling EPCM:

    • To build up and lead a dedicated team of approx. 3 Time Scheduler colleagues.
    • You take ownership of a portfolio of projects that you and your team will support with professional time scheduling expertise already starting from the initiation phase (bidding and contract negotiation) until the project´s completion. This includes complex projects in the syngas/gas industry but also our own internal investment projects extending our capacities of catalyst production or adding new productions facilities for completely new product.
    • Your task will mainly focus on:
    • Be on top of all ongoing projects wrt. time scheduling and serving the projects with time scheduling resources from your team at the right time with the right level of detail.
    • Drive time scheduling principles and procedures applicable for the portfolio of projects
    • Create project plans/time scheduling with relevant team members and ensure that deadlines are followed /maintained
    • High ability for self-organization and pro-active style of working
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (project partners and client)
    • Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in relation to scheduled technical projects as well as technical & schedule risk assessment

     

    • Support EPCM projects in the execution phase and take ownership for  
    • Maintain/update/challenge regularly the time schedule in alignment with the project team
    • Continuously monitoring and controlling progress of the portfolio of projects
    • Actively contribute to risk and claim management towards contracting parties

     

    What you’ll bring

    • A degree in engineering, preferably chemical engineering
    • Experience in leading a dedicated team of scheduling experts
    • 10+ years of experience in planning and project control in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Renewable energy sector
    • Experience in project execution and preferably additionally in the construction area
    • Ideally certified according to PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), IPMA, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or equivalent
    • Demonstrated understanding and capabilities of working with Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
    • Demonstrable ability to mitigate risk
    • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
    • Excellent computer literacy skills in MS office, MS Project and/or Primavera, SAP R3
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to problem-solve under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    • English language skills C1
    • Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
