Role And Impact:
As a Senior Digital Product Consultant specializing in Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and continuous improvement of our document management platforms. You will provide advanced user support, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage system configurations to guarantee secure and efficient access to project documents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing installations and environment management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, and administering server updates and security settings. You will also drive process improvements, deliver targeted training, and serve as the primary point of contact for all EDMS-related matters. By integrating EDMS with ERP and CAD/PLM systems and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, you will help streamline workflows and enhance user support, directly contributing to Topsoe’s digital transformation and energy transition goals.

What You Will Bring:
You bring a strong background in engineering, IT, or a related field, with extensive experience supporting IT applications in engineering or project-driven environments. Your expertise includes deep knowledge of Engineering Document Management Systems, document workflows, and best practices in document control. You are skilled in SQL databases, server management, and security configurations, and have hands-on experience integrating EDMS with ERP (such as SAP or Oracle) and CAD/PLM systems. Your familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, automation, and machine learning in a business context sets you apart. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive and analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to working with product owners and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English at a professional technical level is essential.
