    Student Assistant in Talent Acquisition

    The role and impact
    Are you a bachelor or first year master student within HR, Communications or similar, looking for practical HR experience in an international company? Come join us at our headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby!

    As a HR Student Assistant in our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting diverse recruitment processes. You will gain end-to-end insights into how we attract and hire talent, build a solid professional network, be exposed to many different aspects and assignments within HR.

    You will on average work 15 hours per week, accommodating with your study schedule. We expect you to be flexible during peak periods – and the same flexibility will be provided for you during exam periods. Extra hours during vacation periods are also possible.

    Your primary responsibilities will be to:

    • Proofread, format, and publish job advertisements
    • Plan and coordinate interviews, including sending tests to candidates
    • Process reimbursement requests for candidate travel expenses
    • Support with various ad hoc tasks such responding to unsolicited applications, drafting process descriptions, translating documents etc.
    • HR assignments for other HR departments is a possibility.

    What you’ll bring 
    We are looking for a structured, service-minded, and dedicated team member to help us deliver great recruitment processes. You enjoy working with administrative tasks and have an eye for details. You’re a team player who is also comfortable with working independently, and you thrive in a dynamic and international environment. Further, you are able to communicate fluently in English both in writing and verbally.

    We’ll make sure you’re well onboarded in your main responsibilities, and from there, we count on you to take initiative and handle your tasks with care and responsibility.
