Take our talent development programs to the next level
You will be responsible for bringing our talent development programs to the next level and is expected to take on different roles in the process such as designer, hands-on developer, trainer and facilitator.
Below is some of the tasks you will be responsible for:
- Our global talent review process and tools.
- Our global graduate program.
- Our global talent development programs for talented specialists and managers.
On top of this you also have the possibility to lead the continuous development of our employee engagement cycle.
Create transformation in a close-knit and adaptable team
You will be part of a small team. Despite our size we function as a centre of excellence for developing and driving organisational change on a global scale. Because we are such a small unit, it is important that you are a team player. We work in a non-hierarchal and flexible way; each of us chip in and support the team also in areas where we are not the strongest when it is needed.
We are a part of a larger HR department located at our headquarter in Lyngby. Here we are a great mix of people with varying degrees of seniority covering all kinds of operational and strategic tasks. We take advantage of that by maintaining close dialogue and helping each other out.
You know how to design talent development programs that creates business value
As a person you bring considerable experience with the design and development of talent development programs that creates business value and perhaps you are considered a thought leader within the field.
You also thrive on change - not only on creating change for others, but also being subject to it yourself. Thinking analytically, providing solutions in a structured and convincing manner as well as navigating in an international company with many stakeholders comes natural to you.
Furthermore, we expect you to have following knowledge and experience:
- You have min. 8 years’ experience working with talent development programs preferably from an international context
- You master combining different didactical methods when designing talent programs
- You hold a master’s degree in HRM and perhaps combined with business, learning or change management
- You have a keen business understanding gained from work experience
- You have preferably lived, worked or studied abroad
- You speak and write English fluently, Danish is not at requirement
